How we strive to bring value

We make the real estate process as simple as possible.

As investors ourselves we know what a perfect broker looks like and that's what we aim to provide.

Our main goal is to get our client's the best deal possible, allowing them to focus solely on their business plan. To do this we set out to create an air tight framework that streamlines the entire process. At the end of the day, if our clients feel that we are partner's rather than service provider's — that's a win.

Pain Points

A real estate transaction is often a tedious, drawn out ordeal. Where both parties become entangled in a reactionary loop of emails, including questions the other side is not prepared for. Leaving everyone feeling beaten down and emotionally turned off. As brokers and investors we base our businesses around avoiding these issues.

Simple System

Transparency — Ground zero. Without transparency its impossible to deliver the framework. We clear the air right away so all parties are on the same page. On the clients end - they need to be up front with their goals, expectations and financial situation. On our end - we need to set expectations, and be clear about how things will operate moving forward. This allows both sides to fully understand each other.

Custom — it's important that we empathize that not all investors and deals are alike. So, while we know its necessary our framework be air tight and repeatable. We also understand that it needs to be adaptable. Every investment is different. Everyone's goals are different. Everyone's expectations are different. For these reasons we provide a custom tailored experience for our clients. We achieve this by unpacking what the client values most and making sure we tailor the process around those values.

Efficiency — the purpose of any framework. And could probably summarize the whole thing. Efficient systems create speed, which demonstrates professionalism, which builds trust, which closes deals. Efficiency in this case is a systematic approach that streamlines a repeatable process. A few examples (of many). On day 1 we provide a clean folder of detailed personnel lists, in-house data, necessary docs checklist, etc. We keep negotiations clean and simple — 1-2 page offers, quick turnarounds (thanks to upfront transparency). Keep checkpoint tracking systems, including details such as commentary on outside conversations. And the list goes. Cant give all the secrets.

Speed — the competitive advantage. Speed is the byproduct of a transparent, custom and efficient framework. This is what separates our clients from the rest of the pack. We want to be able to compete with cash offers in more ways than price. Speed means being one step ahead of the next request. Things like: Having a contractor already introduced and available for the first walk-thru. Having all data on hand for quick decisions. Having upfront conversations with agents on the back-end, clearing expectations. Understanding what the client values so we can leverage every conversation.

Results

This systemic approach has taken our clients away from real estate transactions and into real estate investing. The result is they (1) beat out competition, and (2) close deals with great reputations. Competitive victory is important to win the deal, reputation is important to win the next.
